When I was painting these white flowers with a shade of blue, I thought I was living my best life, little that I know something horrible happened and changed my life upside down. (I only share the story with the buyer) I couldn't finish the painting. Months later when I felt a little better, it just came to me to paint that black butterfly of death passing over the white flowers of happiness. The little happiness that I felt, was gone for many years. I'm still struggling to this day. Oil on canvas. 14"x11"
