In different timelines,  many artists painted moments, and symbols, from "the book of revelation" using their own imaginations.
" The whore of Babylon" is in the book of revelation (the last book of the Bible). This is my own imagination of the scene. ( the woman can be a symbol of anything or a nation or a church ) On her neck, there are symbols of different religions that represent her lack of sensitivity to God, and she is using all powers and Religious beliefs just to get what she wants,  to use others or nations. This is my own opinion and I hope I don't offend anyone.
